Nova Antenatal is the trading name of Nova Foundation CIC. For the purpose of this privacy document Nova Antenatal will be used as the company name. Nova and Nova Antenatal are used interchangeably.

Intended Audience and Permitted Use

This course is specifically designed for parents who are pregnant following a previous pregnancy loss. The content is created to provide emotional support, education, and reassurance during a subsequent pregnancy and is intended for personal use only by enrolled participants.

Participants may access and use the course materials for as long as they personally need, including revisiting content throughout their pregnancy and postpartum period, provided such use remains strictly personal and non-commercial.

Intellectual Property

All course materials remain the intellectual property of the course creator. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the materials is prohibited.

The course materials, including but not limited to written content, videos, exercises, frameworks, and resources, are protected intellectual property.

Any use of the Materials must preserve all original copyright notices, authorship references, and branding. The Materials may not be presented, whether in whole or in part, as the work of any person or organisation other than the course creator.

The Materials may not be rebranded, re-labelled, edited to remove attribution, or displayed with an alternative logo, name, or identity in a manner that implies authorship, ownership, or endorsement by any third party.

Use of the Materials by midwives or other healthcare professionals is permitted only where the Materials are clearly attributed to the course creator and are not represented as original or proprietary content of the professional or their organisation.

Personal information may be collected from you to help tailor your experience with Nova Antenatal to be as positive, empowering and beneficial to you as possible.

Information collected includes:

• your contact details (name; postcode, email address; telephone numbers)

• other personal details supplied by you which may relate to your current pregnancy and/or previous pregnancies. No-one but our Founder has access to these details should you choose to share them – we will never routinely ask for these details but will of course treat this information with the dignity and sensitivity it deserves.

Information may be used for:

• contacting you regarding a booking or order

• Following up on the course to ensure you were happy with the course, and also to ensure you feel grounded just before birth

•We do not hold details of your credit/debit cards used to make a purchase.

•We will never collect sensitive information about you without your agreement.We do not share any infirmation that is personally identifiable unless by law.

•You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you at any time. We will delete any information or correct any inaccuracies as soon as you make the request.

•It is our policy never to sell or pass on your details to anyone else. Data will only be released to third parties (e.g. the police) where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.

For in person classes or zoom drop ins- Photographs and films. Clients can choose to opt-in to photographs or films. Permission will also be asked before photographs or films are taken. Please be aware that photos or films may be used to publicise Nova Antenatal, including via social media.

Keeping in touch with Nova Antenatal - Clients have the option to sign up for additional information about Nova Antenatal products, such as our parenting a rainbow baby course and services via our e-mail newsletter.

You can opt-in to this via the link on the website. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the newsletter.

For certain groups there will also be the option to join a client only private WhatsApp group as a way to keep in touch, receive early notice of special offers and events. Photos and videos shared in the group will be stored there. As a group we request that you ask parents first before posting content as it may not be something they feel ready to see eg requesting to ask if people want to see a photo of your newborn if others in the group have yet to give birth. All clients are asked to abide by the group rules. Clients should of course join and leave the group whenever they wish.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
